1. Service "AS IS": Travel Accountix provides this software on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
2. No Liability: Travel Accountix shall NOT be held responsible or liable for any data loss, data theft, hacking, unauthorized access, server failure, downtime, software bugs, or any direct/indirect financial loss arising from the use of this software.
3. Your Data, Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your entries. Please enter all accounting data carefully and double-check before saving. We strongly recommend downloading regular backups from the Profile → Backup & Restore section.
4. No Refunds / No Claims: Subscription fees once paid are non-refundable. No claims, compensations, or damages of any kind will be entertained against Travel Accountix.
5. Trial & Subscription: The free trial is for 15 days. After expiry, access is suspended until the subscription is renewed. Access may also be suspended for misuse, fraud, or illegal activity.
6. Account Security: Keep your password confidential. Actions performed under your login are your responsibility.
7. Changes: Features may be updated or changed at any time. Continued use of the software means acceptance of the latest terms.
